Are you an experienced commercial perms consultant, looking to take over a HOT desk?

We are recruiting!

We are offering up to £23,500 + a very attractive commission structure alongside... AND BENEFITS

Main Responsibilities

• Obtain full person and job specifications from clients and detail on appropriate internal documents.


• Conduct through applicant interviews and undertake appropriate background and eligibility checks and relevant skills test.


• Build upon a warm desk, new clients and vacancies.


• Maintain good working relationships with temporary workers and clients.


• Discuss and negotiate terms with clients.


• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
