Quality is at the core of the Berry service and we operate by a stringent set of internal procedures. We are working towards full ISO registration and we have been successfully audited by a number of external bodies including the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), the NHS and various blue chip clients. We are active members of the REC and are also members of the FTA (Freight Transport Association). Plus we have gained SMAS Worksafe Contractor accreditation and Achilles RISQS Audited status to support our technical, rail and construction recruitment divisions. We are GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) license holders which is essential to our service within sectors including agriculture and horticulture. Finally, we hold Cyber Essentials accreditation as part of our commitment to operating a safe and secure IT system.
At Berry Recruitment we recognise that there is more to successful recruitment than putting logos by our name. However our accreditation programme is a further sign of our commitment to continuously improving our service and reputation. As part of this commitment we take all customer feedback extremely seriously and we closely adhere to our documented Customer Service Policy.
If, for any reason, you are less than satisfied with our response to your comments we would be happy to refer you to the relevant external body:
