Quality is at the core of the Berry service and we operate via a stringent set of procedures. We use a central audit team to check compliance and we have been successfully audited by a number of external bodies including the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), the NHS and various blue chip clients. We are active members of Logistics UK (formerly the FTA) and we have gained SMAS Worksafe Contractor accreditation and RISQS Audited status to support our construction and rail divisions. We are GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) license holders and Stronger Together business partners and we hold Cyber Essentials accreditation as part of our commitment to operating a secure IT system.
At Berry Recruitment we recognise that there is more to successful recruitment than putting logos by our name. However our accreditation programme is a further sign of our commitment to continuously improving our service and reputation. As part of this commitment we take all customer feedback extremely seriously and we closely adhere to our documented
Customer Service Policy. If, for any reason, you are less than satisfied with our response to your comments we would be happy to refer you to the relevant external body:
