1. You must be a registered candidate of Berry Recruitment or have previously been placed in a permanent position by Berry Recruitment.
2. Vouchers will be sent to you if a friend that you recommend to Berry Recruitment completes a) a minimum of 200 hours in a temporary booking with Berry Recruitment or b) successfully passes 3 months' employment in a permanent role placed by Berry.
3. *The maximum reward of £100 applies to successful permanent placements only. The reward for successful temporary bookings is £50.
4. The person that you recommend must not have previously registered with Berry or been recommended to us by someone else.
5. The referral form must be completed prior to recommendation, and the recommended candidate registering with Berry.
6. Berry Recruitment will reward a maximum of 2 successful referrals per calendar year, per person.
7. We can only accept referrals for people who are already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
8. To qualify for a reward, the above form must have been fully submitted, and your referred friend must be placed within 12 months of their registration.
9. Please ensure that you obtain permission before providing your friend's contact details.
10. The referral will not qualify if Berry Recruitment have been in contact with the referred candidate at any time in the last 12 months prior to the referral being made.
