Berry Recruitment Ltd is a well-established employment business with 30 locations across England and Wales. Our business is growing rapidly, with consistent year on year growth in both geographical coverage and turnover and we need a skilled National Sales Director to acquire and manage new onsite client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience within the onsite blue collar sector (both GLAA and Non-GLAA) as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new relationships, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will depend on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop new products and proposals to take to market. The role will be based from our Head Office in St Albans with applicants willing to travel throughout England and Wales.
