Our established client is looking for two experienced, forward-thinking Chefs who are passionate about culinary arts to run the kitchen and specialise in grilling with knowledge in tenderising and seasoning Steaks.
The ideal candidates for these positions will be natural leaders who always has a finger on the pulse of current culinary trends. The Chefs will be responsible for assigning work in the kitchen, preparing meals for the diners and kitchen inventory management.
You will be required to carry out tasks such as;
You will be responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues in accordance with current health and safety regulations. This role is where you will be serving for extended periods of time in the hot environment of the kitchen.
