Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with Business to Business experience based in the Croydon area.
You will be responsible for the provision off the customer service and also ensuring efficient management of orders throughout the supply chain.
Assisting the team to achieve on time delivery targets.
working with the planning team to ensure customers requirements are fulfilled and within the lead operational times.
Dealing with receipt, tuning and booking of sales orders and issuing order confirmations within agreed service levels
Ensuing reports are generated to customers within time frames
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Proactive management of the order book for specific clients
Liaising with other departments within the company
Provide regular KPI reports to track progress.
you will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Experience in working in a business to business customer service background
Fluency in a European language as well as English
ERP experience
