We’re looking for an experienced Order Processor on a permanent basis, to support exciting growth for our client who is a Manufacturer based in Wallingford.

Role: Order Processor

Hours: Monday – Friday – 08:00 – 17:00 (40Hours per week)

Salary: £28,500 – £29,000 Per Annum

Full benefits package available upon scheduled call.

You will be review and process a high volume of Customer orders via SAP whilst answering and resolving customer queries.

About the Order Processor role:

• To liaise with the Company’s Customers by telephone and in writing.


• To review and process incoming orders ensuring quantities and pricing is correct


• To respond to enquiries about the Company’s service and products


• Offer additional or alternative products to the customer as and when applicable


• Build customer relationships by taking ownership of calls and ensuring the customers’ needs are always met or exceeded.


• Manage data entry via the CRM System


• Perform such duties as may be reasonably expected

About You:

• Previous experience of working within a Order Processor/Customer Service role.

• Accuracy in work essential


• Computer literate – including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
