This May, the Berry Recruitment team is stepping up once again, with a new mental health challenge.
In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, our teams across the country are taking part in the ‘31 Miles in May’ challenge, raising money for
Mental Health UK. The challenge encourages everyone to move more, talk openly, and make mental wellbeing a priority.
This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme, set by Mental Health UK, focuses on ‘Community’, highlighting the vital role that strong, supportive networks play in promoting good mental health.
31 Miles in May challenge:
Whether it’s walking, running, cycling or swimming, our goal is donate £31 for every 31 miles our team achieves throughout May. Together, we’re going the extra mile to raise awareness around the importance of mental health, and every mile counts.
