Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join the team of a busy hospitality establishment based in King's Lynn.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the overall efficiency of the cafe.

he ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support all cafe staff.


• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.


• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.


• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.


• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are adhered to.


• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.


• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

This role is a permanent position.

Working hours are Day shift, Monday to Saturday 37.5 hours per week.

£12.50-£14.50 per hour (depending on experience).
