Shifts: Rotating shift pattern

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and conscientious Warehouse Operative to join our team in Belfast. This role is essential to the smooth running of our warehouse operations and involves both physical and administrative tasks. You’ll be working in a busy environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all warehouse policies and procedures


• Ensure stock is accurately moved to designated locations


• Recommend and use appropriate packaging materials to agreed standards, minimising waste


• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment


• Load and unload WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) in both wet and dry conditions


• Support all site processes, including administrative duties


• Ensure site and vehicle key controls are properly managed and followed

Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid Counterbalance forklift license


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team


• Good understanding of health and safety procedures


• PC literate with basic computer skills


• Familiarity with KPIs and SLAs relevant to warehouse operations
