Description:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to start work asap
The day shift is 0730-1630 Mon-Thurs shift & Fri 0800-1300 for our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone.
Rate of Pay will be £13.13 per hour
(Long term ongoing temp work - Subject to work load / productivity and suitability to the role).
My clients premises are light and Modern, with great facilities including parking / large break room / Free drinks machine
Due to the nature of the role there will be some heavy manual handling, using hand held scanners, doing order picking / packing & moving products using various machines including Wave Machine & Pallett Stackers.
Experience of working in a warehousing environment is preferred as is having wave & pallett stacker experience / licences but is not essential. You must be reliable and committed. This role is quite involved and is in a very busy environment
Due to the nature of the role must be able to work to targets & be accurate with all duties.
Majority of the everyday tasks will involve standing up / walking & manual handling.
Start will be ASAP - With Induction
Own Transport is essential due to shift timings & location . There is plenty of parking on site.
You require safety boots and a Hi-Vis Vest
