Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: BT39 9A
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £12.27 – £15.40 per hour (depending on payment method – PAYE or Umbrella)
Shift Pattern: Rotates Tuesday-Saturday and Monday-Friday
Shift Hours: 11:00-20:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced warehouse operative to join our team based in BT39 9AE.
Key Responsibilities
• Adhere to all warehouse policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate and safe movement of stock to correct locations
• Recommend and use appropriate packaging materials to minimise waste
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
• Load and unload WEEE, maintaining a tidy area in both wet and dry environments
• Assist in administrative and site processes as needed
• Ensure adherence to vehicle and site key control protocols

Required Skills & Experience
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Valid certification for manual handling equipment
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence
