Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Temporary Renewals Advisor work for a company in Abingdon, Oxfordshire


Role: Temporary Renewals Advisor


Salary: £18.00 – £20.00 per hour


Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire


Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm


Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Renewals Advisor:



  • Contact customers regarding their upcoming renewals and subscription re-signing.

  • Advise customers on new products and services, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings.

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, resolving any queries promptly.

  • Chase and process outstanding payments linked to customer contracts.

  • Accurately update and maintain records within Salesforce (and other contract management systems).

  • Ensure all renewals and documentation are completed within agreed timelines.

  • Work closely with internal teams to support smooth contract administration.



About you:



  • Previous experience in a customer service, renewals, or contract administration role.

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is desirable).

  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
