Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a key leadership role within a busy, fast‑paced venue, ideal for a hands‑on chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and supporting both the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, consistently high-quality food across all services


• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen


• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team during service


• Take a hands-on approach to menu development, specials, and seasonal dishes


• Ensure all hygiene, health & safety, and food standards are maintained


• Assist with kitchen organisation, preparation, and service flow

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef


• Confident leader with a proactive and positive attitude


• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Availability to work evenings and weekends
