Description:
We are delighted to be sourcing a Sous Chef for a friendly and welcoming establishment in Falmouth who pride themselves on excellent service and produce.
If you are a Sous Chef looking for your next permanent opportunity where you can hit the ground running for the busy summer season ahead and shine we would like to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Support our Head Chef in daily operations
- Cook dishes that make our regular residents feel at home—and keep them coming back
- Supervise and mentor two junior chefs who've have incredible loyalty
- Maintain tight GP and smooth service across functions and resident dining
What We Offer
Competitive salary: £34,500 per annum

Hours - 9am/10am start to kitchen close - NO LATE SHIFTS!
Sunday to Thursday kitchen closes at 5pm
Fri/Sat - Kitchen closes at 830pm
