About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and reliable Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy superstore in Darlington. This is a temporary ongoing position offering regular work on a rota basis of 5 days out of 7, including weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and taking full r
