REFUSE BIN COLLECTORS WANTED – IMMEDIATE START!
📍 Location: Guildford
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday – 6:30am to 3:00pm
💰 Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.21
📅 Duration: Long term Temporary opportunities available!
Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting Refuse Bin Collectors to work with our well-established client in the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hardworking and friendly team, playing a vital role in keeping our communities clean and safe.
Duties will include:
Carrying out daily refuse and recycling collections across set routes
Handling waste items using safe lifting techniques
Operating and maintaining refuse collection machinery and vehicles
Conducting daily inspections of equipment – before and after use
Using in-cab technology/mobile devices and completing paperwork in real time
Ensuring all vehicles and machinery are kept clean and presentable
Providing excellent customer service to members of the public
What we’re looking for:
Good communication and teamwork skills
A positive, self-motivated attitude
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential!
