Food Production Operatives – Day & Late Shifts Available!
Location: Cranbrook
Shifts: 5am–1:30pm or 1:30pm–10pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Type: Ongoing temporary with potential to go permanent
Are you looking for a reliable, long‑term role with great training and a friendly team? Our client in Cranbrook is expanding and looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join them as soon as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a skilled production team creating high‑quality, handmade food products. Tasks include:
• Decorating, assembling, and preparing items with precision
• Following recipes and production techniques
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines
• Manual handling as part of the daily workflow
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous food production experience — just the right attitude. Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment
• The ability to work accurately and at pace
• Willingness to learn and work across different departments
Additional Information
Due to the rural location, having your own transport is strongly recommended.
