Production Operative – Part-Time Temporary

📍 Thirsk, North Yorkshire
🕒 Part-Time | Wednesdays & Thursdays: 07:30–16:30 | Fridays: 07:30–12:00
💷 £12.21 per hour | Paid Weekly (PAYE)

Berry Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturer in Thirsk to recruit a Production Operative for a temporary 3-week assignment, with the possibility of extension.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or production who is confident using hand tools and can follow detailed build plans and meet deadlines.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble drinks dispensers and coolers from components using hand tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers, wrenches)


• Follow build plans and work instructions accurately


• Work to daily and weekly production targets


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area


• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience on a production or assembly line (preferred)


• Comfortable using hand tools and following technical build plans


• Able to meet deadlines with high attention to detail


• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

💷 £12.21 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE
📅 Working Hours:

• Wednesday & Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30


• Friday: 07:30 – 12:00
