Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Locations: Suffolk

Berry Recruitment are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a busy firm based in Suffolk (two locations available).
You’ll manage a varied caseload covering Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, Elderly Client Services, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and basic Court of Protection work.
Manage your own caseload efficiently and profitably.
Deliver excellent client service across a range of private client matters.
Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and internal risk management procedures.
Keep legal knowledge up to date through ongoing CPD.
Report to the Head of Department and collaborate with the wider team.
Qualified Solicitor (SQE) with experience in private client work.
Strong technical knowledge in estate planning, trusts, and probate.
Able to work independently in a busy, client-focused environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
