Berry Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our client's team based in Downton, Wiltshire (SP5).
Our client is a well-established manufacturer of a wide range of fabricated steel products, including:
Platforms
Pipe supports
Walkways
Balconies

The company holds CE accreditation and specialises in structural steel fabrication, as well as high-quality surface finishing. They offer a comprehensive range of finishing services, including powder coating, wet painting, galvanising, and fireproofing—tailored to meet the durability and protection needs of each project.
Their powder coating process provides long-lasting protection against rust, weathering, and wear. With a dedicated spray booth and an oven measuring 5m long x 3m wide x 2m high, they deliver consistent, high-quality finishes suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Requirements:
Proven experience in powder coating, including preparation, application, and curing processes
Ability to work efficiently with a variety of metal components and surface finishes
Familiarity with health and safety procedures and best practices in a spray booth environment
Attention to detail and a quality-driven approach
Job Details:
Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
40 to 60 hours per week, with flexibility (basic or extended hours available)
