We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a well respected organisation based in London
You will receive an excellent salary and package for this position.
To be considered for this role you will need Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisers by providing technical expertise, conducting research, and preparing client recommendations. You will be aligned with specific advisers, although this may change in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Duties include the following.
• Liaise closely with advisers, including participating in regular case update meetings
• Provide technical support to advisers and colleagues, including assistance with calculations and complex queries
• Conduct research and analysis to support new business recommendations
• Prepare and draft suitability reports for adviser review and sign-off
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve queries
• Produce client-facing documentation including one-page summaries and supporting materials
• Prepare and pre-populate review documentation and forms for client meetings Administration & Compliance
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure fact-finds and compliance documentation are up to date
