Role: National Accounts Administrator:


Location: Abingdon


Hours: 09:00 – 17:30



The National Accounts Administrator works as a pivotal member of this team to ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised, and customer requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.


This is a desk-based role but also involves a large quotient of product review and sample management.



Key Responsibilities of the National Accounts Administrator:



  • Maintain Key Customer administration files

  • Attend internal meetings and take detailed minutes

  • Carry out retail pricing market research - online and store visits, obtaining samples

  • Help to prepare and create presentation documents – Excel or PowerPoint

  • Manage customer sample requirements, including receiving, unpacking, reviewing, weighing and measuring, recording, packing and despatching as required

  • Respond to and follow up any customer enquiries

  • Complete all customer product information forms and any other information required to a high level of accuracy

  • Working with various customer portals

  • Help to coordinate artwork creation and distribution

  • Coordinate technical files and liaise with external testing houses

  • Provide general support to National Account Managers and the team
