Machine Operator - Food Production
A well‑established manufacturer of premium fresh fruit juices is looking to add an experienced Machine Operator to its production team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking for long‑term stability and a supportive team environment.
Role Overview
• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production machinery
• Keeping equipment running safely and efficiently throughout each shift
• Carrying out routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor mechanical adjustments
• Completing quality control tasks and maintaining accurate production records
• Following strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety procedures
• Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve daily output goals
What You’ll Need
• Previous experience operating machinery is essential
• Strong mechanical awareness and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on a rotating weekly shift pattern
• Reliable, punctual, and confident following set processes
• A proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Shift Pattern- Monday to Friday (Weekly Rotation)
• Week 1: 07:00 – 15:00
• Week 2: 15:00 – 23:00
Pay Rate:
£13.50
