We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team on a short-term basis. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Washing up plates, cutlery, utensils, and kitchen equipment


• Keeping all kitchen and pot wash areas clean, tidy, and hygienic


• Assisting with basic food preparation when required


• Following all health & safety and food hygiene standards


• Emptying bins and managing kitchen waste safely


• Putting away deliveries and restocking supplies


• Supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times

Skills & Experience

• Previous kitchen or porter experience beneficial but not essential


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude


• Reliable, punctual, and flexible


• Awareness of food hygiene and health & safety procedures desirable
