About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Housekeeper / House Manager to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across a 9‑apartment property. The role includes apartment changeovers, communal area upkeep, linen management, and being on‑call to assist guests should any issues arise during their stay.

Key Duties

• Clean and prepare apartments after guest check‑out


• Complete ad‑hoc mid‑stay cleans when booked


• Manage linen, towels, and cleaning supplies


• Maintain communal areas (hallways, stairwells, entrances)


• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly


• Provide friendly, in‑person guest assistance when required


• Be available on‑call to respond to guest issues or emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred


• High attention to detail and pride in presentation


• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently


• Friendly, professional manner with good communication skills


• Physically able to carry out cleaning duties


• Flexible and dependable, including on‑call availability

Hours

• Typically 1–3 changeovers per day (up to 5 during peak periods)


• Each changeover takes approximately 1–1.5 hours
