Class 2 HGV Driver - Roll-On/Roll-Off & Skip Operations - Tonbridge

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Start Time: 04:00 AM

Weekly Hours: 48 hours per week

Job Type: Contract (5 weeks)

Employment Type: Temporary

Pay: £14.50 (higher Umbrella rate)

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers on behalf of our client for a varied role involving Roll-On/Roll-Off, Skip, and occasional Dustcart operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled drivers seeking consistent work with a well-established waste management company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate Skip and Roll-On/Roll-Off vehicles


• Collect skips and dispose of waste as instructed


• Follow daily debrief instructions


• Operate a Dustcart if required (training provided)


• Ensure safe and compliant driving and waste handling practices

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence


• CPC and Digital Tachograph card


• Experience with Roll-On/Roll-Off or Skip vehicles (preferably both)


• Willingness to train and operate a Dustcart if needed


• Good understanding of UK road networks and transport compliance
