Berry Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national client for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their busy and expanding operation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected national company offering a positive working environment and ongoing training opportunities.

The Role

• Delivering goods safely and efficiently to customers


• Operating a truck-mounted Moffett forklift, training can be provided


• Providing excellent customer service on a daily basis


• Completing all deliveries in line with EU driving regulations


• Start time: 6:30am until finish


• Minimum of 8 hours per shift

Essential Requirements

• Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence


• Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)


• Minimum 2 years’ HGV driving experience


• Valid Moffett / Truck Mounted Forklift licence


• Valid Digital Tachograph card


• Full Driver CPC qualification


• Good geographical knowledge


• Strong customer service skills


• Good written and spoken English

Additional Information

Candidates must understand and comply with all EU driving regulations. Due to insurance requirements, only drivers with minor licence points (such as SP offences) can be considered.
