My client who run a cleaning company based in Berkshire are seeking an experienced H R Officer to provide advice and guidance to managers and staff relating to employment and personnel issues. Key tasks include:
You will be excellent at organising with a thorough understanding of HR. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills including strong IT skills and experience of working with various databases. A people person with excellent relationship skills at all level within human resources. A strong background in in recruiting from start to finish. You will have the ability to analyse and explain employment law and statistical data. If you have experience of TUPE that would be ideal.
You will be professional, focused, loyal and capable of managing sensitive topics and confidential situations. Be able to demonstrate a strong team attitude and to have a calm and collected approach to support your colleagues.
You will be a car driver and hold a CIPD qualification and have held a position in HR previously. The role is based on a 40-hour contract Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
This is an office-based position; however, the successful applicant will also be required to travel to our franchised locations to support managers and attend meetings.
