A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group HR Manager to lead the HR function across a multi-brand organisation based in Cornwall. This strategic and hands-on role supports over 300 employees and involves managing a small HR team while partnering closely with senior leadership.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and develop the HR team

  • Drive HR strategy and support business goals

  • Oversee employee relations, recruitment, and on boarding

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies

  • Champion learning, development, and performance management

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives


🔹 What We’re Looking For:



  • Proven skills in a senior HR role

  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience in managing HR operations across multiple sites or brands



We’re after someone who’s as comfortable diving into day-to-day operations as they are sitting at the table with senior leaders to shape strategy!

In return the company are offering:


Salary - £48,000 to £52,000 per annum


4 or 5 days a week – Hybrid Role


3 days office / 2 days working from home
