Description:

We require a Grounds Maintenance Operative in CM22

Carry out regular grounds maintenance duties (grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting,
weed control, litter picking etc)

• Work autonomously, planning your own day and your own schedule based on client


• requirements and feedback from management.


• Maintain site presentation and take pride in your work.


• Follow all health and safety procedures and site requirements.


• Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas requiring attention or repair.


• Use hand tools for detailed gardening and horticultural work.


• Perform general maintenance duties including cleaning and maintaining your


• equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.


• Complete basic reporting via our JobWatch reporting system.


• Ensure all work areas are kept tidy and hazards are minimised.
