We’re looking for a Graduate Engineer to join a friendly and growing team in Truro, Cornwall. You’ll be working on a broad range of residential and commercial projects across the Southwest, from small domestic alterations to large, multi-million-pound developments in some truly unique locations.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills across all areas of structural and civil engineering, gain real project experience, and work closely with senior engineers (including a Civil Engineering Director) who are committed to your progression.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and reports under the guidance of senior engineers

  • Conduct site visits and surveys across Devon and Cornwall to support project delivery

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients on residential and commercial developments

  • Support the team across all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to construction

  • Learn to interpret and apply building regulations, engineering codes, and design standards

  • Contribute to a range of projects — from small domestic alterations to large multi-million-pound schemes

Who We’re Looking For:

  • MEng or BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering

  • Ideally, some UK consultancy experience (through placements, internships, or post-grad work)

  • A self-motivated team player with strong communication and analytical skills

  • A willingness to learn and take on responsibility

  • Local site visits are part of the role, so we require on-site presence with a max of 1 day/week remote working
