Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times


• Greeting and seating guests in a warm, professional manner

• Handling payments and using till systems


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in FOH areas


• Ensuring guests have a positive experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Previous FOH or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A positive, professional attitude


• Ability to stay calm during busy periods


• Smart, presentable appearance
