Berry Recruitment are recruiting for a Front of House Team Member to join a luxury hospitality venue in South Cornwall on a temporary basis.

This role involves delivering high standards of food and beverage service within a fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to guests


• Delivering Silver Service


• Assisting with and carrying out Flambé Service


• Supporting and operating Trolley Service


• Serving food and beverages in line with venue standards


• Preparing and maintaining dining and service areas


• Ensuring tables are presented to a high standard


• Working as part of the Front of House team to deliver a seamless guest experience

Skills & Knowledge

• Front of House hospitality background


• Knowledge of Silver Service


• Knowledge of Flambé Service


• Knowledge of Trolley Service


• Strong communication skills


• Attention to detail


• Ability to work in a customer-facing environment


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
