This dynamic wholesaler are looking for an experienced Finance Adminstrator to join their very busy admin department. You will have advanced Excel and be able to do pivot tables, columns, formulas and feel very comfortable with all aspects of Excel. You will be creating invoices from Sales Orders all in Excel. There will be lots of admin and accounts work which will be built into the role as it progresses. An advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook is essential


If you have experience in Sage this would be a bonus. You wll have a common sense approach to work and feel comfortable and confident to deal with customers on the phone and by email and have excellent written and spoken English.


Working in this friendly, open plan office for 3 months temping and then 3 months contract work. There is an office dog so please make sure you like dogs and are not allergic!


The client is looking to recruit ASAP and wants to interview this week for the right person to commit to this 6 month role.


Working hours are 9 – 5 with two 2 x 15min breaks with 30 minutes for lunch. Lunch is provided in the canteen.
