Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced, passionate, and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead a busy and high‑quality hospitality operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for delivering outstanding service standards, driving commercial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences across all food and beverage offerings.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing food & beverage team

  • Ensure exceptional service standards are delivered consistently

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, events, and in-room dining

  • Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets

  • Drive guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and continuously improving service

  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations

  • Introduce creative initiatives to enhance revenue, guest engagement, and brand reputation


About You



  • Proven experience in a senior food & beverage management role within a high-end hospitality environment

  • A confident and inspiring leader with strong people management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to service excellence

  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets

  • A passion for food, drinks, and hospitality trends

  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills


Experience & Skills



  • Solid background in restaurant or food & beverage management

  • Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Well organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure

  • A hands-on management style with a guest-first mindset

Location
