Part-Time Facilities Manager – Temp to Perm


Location: Andover, SP10
Pay: £16.58 per hour
Hours: 22.5 per week – flexible (school hours/part-time suitable)
Start: ASAP



The Role:


As a Facilities Manager, you’ll support the smooth running of the site by assisting with workplace improvements, overseeing daily facilities services (cleaning, maintenance, security, reception, catering, etc.), ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering excellent service to staff, visitors and clients.


You’ll help create a positive, efficient, and safe workplace while leading small teams, liaising with contractors, supporting building maintenance, and ensuring service standards are met.


We’re Looking For:


✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Confident, people-focused team player
✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
✔ Motivated, proactive and detail-driven
✔ FM experience is welcome but not essential


(Training provided. Willingness to work towards IOSH, Food Safety and SIA certifications)
