Berry Recruitment have an opportunity for a Customer Service Support to join a local authority based in central Southampton.


This is a temporary ongoing role which may lead to permanent for the right candidate.


Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.


There is opportunity for hybrid working once fully trained.


Hourly pay rate £13.26.


This role is to provide high quality customer service and administration support.


Main Duties:



  • Take incoming calls, emails and letters from residents and customers

  • Log all details onto computer systems and databases

  • Record keeping with high attention to detail

  • Provide updates to customers and try to resolve queries as quickly as possible

  • Help with financial including taking payments, recharging, processing orders and setting up payments


Full training will be given.


Candidate Requirements:



  • Customer service experience is essential

  • Call centre experience desirable

  • Computer literate including Microsoft

  • Attention to detail

  • Working in a fast paced environment
