A new opportunity for a Customer Services specialist has become available, near to Watford.


This is initially a contract until July 2027 with the possibility of a permanent role.


Salary £28,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with half an hour for lunch. Holidays of 25 days, parking and pension scheme.



Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator who would like to join a dynamic Customer Services team. This vital role is at the heart of operations, ensuring customers receive exceptional support and a seamless experience.


You will have a proven track record in customer service and handling of telephone calls, emails and letters in a timely manner. Processing price and availability checks along with composing quotations.
You will be processing sales orders, returns, dispatches, invoices, as well as handling invoice queries, customer complaints, inventory and supply chain support. As you can see this is a varied role and will also include imports and exports


You will be highly motivated with a positive, can-do, and flexible attitude. To have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
You will have excellent communication, both verbal and written and be a team player who can multi task and prioritise.
