Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Experience Advisor for our client based in the Milton Keynes area.


This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.


Duties will include:-



  • Updating customers with information regarding products.

  • Responding to correspondence via telephone, emails, site visits, etc.

  • Dealing with customers questions and queries in a timely and understanding manner.

  • Guiding customers through processes from on-boarding to solving the resolution.

  • Escalating issues to the appropriate teams.

  • Enter communication and accurate records onto the computer system.

  • Meet individual and meet performance targets.


Requirements:-



  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Patient attitude and empathetic when dealing with customers concerns and questions.

  • Be an excellent team player.

  • Have a can-do attitude.


Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm.


£13.00 per hour.
