Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for client based in Belfast, on a full-time permanent basis. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Salary: £23,500 per year


Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am-5pm). Office based. After 6 month's probation, opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage incoming calls and shared mailboxes, delivering prompt and efficient customer service.

  • Process contract proposals, renewals, and acceptances using our systems.

  • Coordinate with field teams on daily activities and job statuses.

  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to address delays, issues, or queries effectively.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist customers with billing inquiries.

  • Maintain and update customer records on our electronic systems and spreadsheets.

  • Provide general administrative support to the department and field staff as needed.


Requirements:



  • Good educational background with GCSEs in Maths and English.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and adhere to company standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
