Location: Office-Based, Lytham St Annes

Contact: 12 Months (with potential to extend)

Pay: £12.60 per hour – Weekly Pay

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer interactions via telephone, email and messaging platforms with professionalism and care.


• Prioritising daily tasks and performing them with efficiency.


• Collaborate with your team to share relevant information and support each other


• Maintaining databases and ensuring all information is up to date

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong attention to detail & accuracy.


• Excellent communication skills being clear friendly and confident on the telephone.

• Team-player who thrives in a structured environment.


• Tech savvy, comfortable in using email databases and office software


• Taking pride in delivering tasks to a high standard and on time
