Conveyancing Paralegal - Office Based - Paying up to £28000

One of our clients is looking for someone to join their growing organisation who will enjoy a varied role.

Day to day duties include.

• Managing residential conveyancing files


• Issuing sale contracts - registered and unregistered


• Dealing with enquiries


• Drafting replies


• Drafting and negotiating contract clauses


• Dealing with clients, estate agents and other lawyers confidently.


• Co-ordinate related sale and purchase transactions
