My client is seeking an experiened Cleaning Supervisor in Watford to start ASAP duties will include:
Lead and manage the team evening cleaners.· Complete regular site audits, identifying any areas of improvement and implement solutions.· Conduct a daily handover meeting with the housekeeping to ensure any ongoing issues are picked up by the cleaning team.· Conduct regular training with cleaning team including toolbox talks, compliance training, etc and record using OCS Training Matrix.· Ensure all periodic tasks are completed and closed down on the CAFM system.· Ensure all works on site are completed in a safe and effective manner following processes in place for each type of task.· Oversee the waste removal process and collate waste weights ensuring compliance with building waste scheme.· Work in conjunction with the Senior Floor Host and Workplace Experience Manager on new innovations targeted at cleaning. · Create pictorial process flows for cleaners to follow easily demonstrating how each task should be done.· Report any near misses, hazards or accidents through Eco Online System.· Audit cleaner’s cupboards to ensure they only contain items as per COSHH Register.· Ensure cleaners are dressed in full, clean uniform. Flag any uniform that is damaged and needs replacing to your manager. · Manage cleaner’s cupboards to ensure they are tidy, presentable if inspected by the client and well stocked. · Order cleaning consumables when necessary and in good time to avoid running out. · Manage COSHH to ensure all products in use are on the register and that each cleaner has signed the COSHH Register for each product.· Managed the laundering of microfibre clothes using the on site washer/dryer.· Carry out cleaning duties where necessary in addition to tasks above.·
