Class 1 Shunter - Nights



We are looking for a reliable Class 1 Shunter to join our client's depot. This is an ongoing role for a dependable driver who is confident with yard shunting and able to support the warehouse when required.



Role Duties:



  • Shunting Class 1 vehicles safely around a busy yard

  • Moving trailers into position / onto bays

  • Communicating with transport and warehouse teams

  • Completing general warehouse tasks when there is no shunting work

  • Following all onsite safety procedures

  • 2AM-10AM shifts


Requirements:




  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

  • Valid CPC and Tachograph card

  • Previous yard shunting experience

  • Good communication and reliability essential


Increase in pay rate after parity (12 weeks).
