Berry Recruitment is recruiting for two Temporary Chefs to join a seasonal hospitality operation in West Cornwall.

These positions are available for an immediate start and will run until mid-September. Candidates who complete the full assignment will receive a £250 end of season bonus.

Duties

• Preparation and cooking of menu items


• Management of kitchen operations during lone-working shifts


• Food preparation in line with company procedures


• Stock rotation and stock control


• Completion of kitchen cleaning schedules


• Compliance with food hygiene and food safety procedures


• Maintaining kitchen records and documentation where required

Requirements

• Previous employment within a commercial kitchen


• Ability to work independently within the kitchen


• Food hygiene knowledge


• Availability until mid-September


• Ability to travel to the location or utilise the live-in accommodation provided
