Job Title: Chef

Location: Cwmbran, Wales

Hours: Monday to Sunday on a shift rota

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a strong understanding of food preparation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard


• Ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are met


• Managing kitchen operations efficiently during shift hours


• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality


• Assisting in menu planning and ingredient sourcing

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen


• Ability to work flexible hours on a shift rota


• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
