Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House / Catering Assistant to join a busy and friendly team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced catering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent front-of-house customer service


• Serving hot lunches to customers in a professional and friendly manner


• Taking and preparing coffee and sandwich orders


• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of serving areas


• Supporting the team during busy service periods

Location: Uxbridge

Hours: 36 hours per week (Mon–Thurs 7:00am–3:00pm, Fri 7:00am–1:00pm)

Pay: £13 per hour (approx. £25,500 salary upon permanent placement)

About You

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Confident dealing with customers and providing great service


• Energetic, proactive, and able to work well under pressure


• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to step up when needed


• Barista experience is desirable but not essential

Additional Information

• A local candidate or someone with their own transport is preferred


• Successful candidates will transfer from agency to permanent after 12 weeks


• Permanent hours will increase to 37.5 hours per week
