Description:
We are looking for a butcher/abattoir assistant to join a high end butchery operation in the Leighton Buzzard/Milton Keynes area. Due to location a car driver would be preferred
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm with a hour for lunch. Some can also start at 4am if preferred.
Your primary task will be to debone beef from the carcass and handle all aspects of butchery for this premium brand. The company provide all knives etc and are looking for people asap. The meat tends to be beef and lamb.
The salary is dependent upon background
Junior: £25000-35000
Senior £40000-45000
Bonus payments, free parking are additional benefits offered.
Standard holidays 20 working days plus 8 Bank Holidays.
