Description:
Our client a well established and prominent retail butcher based in Smithfields market are looking for an experienced butcher.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of butchery as well as having great customer service skills.
Working week Monday to Friday 0600 to 15.00 Saturday 06.00 to 12.00
Pay Rate depending experience £35,000 to £40,000pa
The work will involve;
Preparation and butchery of all meats,poultry and game.
Accurate portion control
Cleaning of all work and retail areas.
Preparing bulk and pre-orders ready for delivery.
Working to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
You will also be required to work on the retail counter during opening times, engaging with customers and up selling so good clear communication is required.as well as be numeric.
